Salvatore Colacicco
Biography


Salvatore Colacicco is a world-renowned marine artist. Born Bellagio, near Lake Como in 1935. Studied at Brera Academy, Milan. Lived thirty years in England. Almost all of his paintings have been exported to the United States.

Salvatore Colacicco's style with an Italian feel, but very reminiscent of marine artists of the 19 th century. One of his achievements would be the 26 panels that illustrate the history and development of the paddle steamer that he painted for the Russell Cotes Museum in Bournemouth.
